Dr. William LaFollette has over twenty-five years of experience in delivering quality and organizational excellence programs in the health care, automotive, and telecommunications industries. He is an accomplished leader, strategist, public speaker, teacher, and author. Will serves the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in a variety of leadership roles, the Association for Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP) Board of Directors as V.P. of Education, Southwest Alliance for Excellence (Regional Baldrige program) Board of Directors and the US TAG 279 building education and certification programs, developing professional collaborative teams, leading execution of global quality and innovation initiatives and implementation of global strategic solutions.

Will holds a Doctor of Business Administration, a MS in Quality Management, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer.

Feed My Starving Children, Charitable Campaign 🗓 🗺


On behalf of the ASQ Chicago Section, all members and their families as well as guests are invited to participate in 2016 ‘Feed My Starving Children’ charitable event so together we’ll be able to make a difference and turn hunger into hope for many children around the globe. This event will take place:
