Non-Member Registration

We are using a secure PayPal method to process your payment and registration. Click selections once only and wait till your browser is properly connected to PayPal. Your browser, its Security settings and Active X control settings may affect this process.

Each attendee must be registered separately.

To complete your registration, please do the following:

  1. Complete the form below and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to a page that shows your registration information and the price to be charged.
  2. If you would like to add additional registrations to the same payment, click on "Continue Shopping" and you will be brought back to this page to enter information for another member or go to the non-member registration page.
  3. If you would like to complete your registration, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be taken to a login page for PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to continue. Simply select the "Click Here" button in the middle of the page and you will be taken to a page where you can enter your credit card information.

After you have completed all of your registrations, you can return to the shopping cart view by clicking the "View Cart" button below. You can then proceed to checkout as described above.

If you register, but for some reason you cannot attend, please email genmtg@asqchicago.org to cancel your registration.

Cancellation must be received by 5:00pm, Monday, April 12, 2010.
