We are using a secure PayPal method to process your payment and registration. Click selections once only and wait till your browser is properly connected to PayPal. Your browser, its Security settings and Active X control settings may affect this process.

Each attendee must be registered separately.

If you register, but for some reason you cannot attend, please email genmtg@asqchicago.org  to cancel your registration, at least 48 hours in advance.
