From your program chair. – James Persaud

My fellow members, I take it that you are enjoying the summer season. While you continue to enjoy it, please know that your ASQ Chicago section continues to plan an exciting and interesting program for the rest of the year. So, welcome back to our program.

We have a general meeting on August 10th 2016.  Our presenter will share insights into “Driving Organizational Change and Demonstrating Results -utilizing metrics for tracking the effectiveness of organizational change initiatives.” You will also hear from our other presenter on “Lean Hospital success stories” This is no story telling my fellow members. This is reality, lessons from our quality professionals.

Thanks to all of you, we had a good program prior to summer. Our attendance continued to grow. Let’s continue this trend. Please bring along your boss – a coworker, a friend, a family member a neighbor. We all benefit from this. We have at least one member who registers his spouse and bring her to our meetings. That is such a nice way to share time with your spouse or someone you care for. They learn some of what your work involves. Together you get to share time together and enjoy ASQ Chicago Section Company; wow; win win, right.

Looking forward to meeting you and your companion at the meeting.
